f*ckedupnessmovement

the movement

everyone gets f*cked up.
almost no one has to stay that way.

stuck. burned out. quietly coming apart while everything looks fine on paper. there is an honest word for that place, and we spend real energy pretending we are not standing in it.

the honest word

somewhere along the way, most of us get stuck. not broken. stuck. the project stalls, the role stops fitting, the same argument repeats at home, and the harder we push the less actually moves. there is a plain, human word for that feeling, and polite language keeps it at arm's length. this movement decided not to.

two ways to be stuck

being f*cked up is not a verdict on your character. it is a state, and it shows up in two kinds. professionally — the scope outgrows the old playbook, the calendar owns you, ambition curdles into exhaustion. personally — the relationships, the health, the sense of who you are outside the job quietly erode while you deliver for everyone else. most of us carry some of both. that is normal.

the crack is not the end of you. it is the seam where the light gets in, and the direction you climb out.

a starting point, not an insult

so the word is not cynical, and it is not despair. it is permission. everyone gets stuck. almost everyone can get unstuck — provided they actually want to. that "want to" is the whole game. naming it out loud is where it starts.

so let's normalize it.

say the thing everyone hides. then do one small honest thing about it. that's the movement.
